My husband and I decided we wanted to live full time in an RV for the next year to have more freedom to travel and that’s when we came across Travis at Liberty RV. This was our first time looking at RVs let alone owning one and Travis along side the whole Liberty RV team made it a seamless process. We called in with LOTS of questions about one of their travel trailer RVs and Travis was on the phone with us for at least an hour the first call getting them all answered. We felt so confident after that conversation that we even put a deposit down that day! We drove from Texas to Missouri to get our RV this weekend and everything was exactly how Travis explained it would be. The RV was in excellent condition (exactly as he explained), our payment details and pricing were also exactly as he explained, and they truly went above and beyond with a detailed walkthrough of the entire trailer! Me and my girlfriend purchased a Forest River Vibe 3400SB from Liberty RV recently, experience couldn’t have been better. Not only did Travis Evans make the purchase process extremely easy (especially since we live in Colorado). Although we knew what RV we wanted before reaching out, between quick communication and pure transparency, Travis won us over and made our experience stress free. After driving 9 hours to see the camper for the first time, everything was ready for us to walkthrough and complete paperwork seamlessly. Then we find out you get a store shop credit with your purchase so we were able to get a few essentials just for kicks! Once we sat down to finalize things, we were met with straight forward professional service, didn’t take longer than needed and on top of that, we didn’t have any hidden costs, walkthrough fees, or pressure to purchase unnecessary optional packages. Overall great experience, service department was happy to explain and discuss nit picky issues and delivery related issues, sales was no pressure and smiles all around, finance was smooth yet rigid with an efficiency based structure while still being flexible where needed.
