Hi.
This Depsoit is applied to your bill when you arrive to your apt. so it is not an extra charge, it is to protect 1.your spot and 2. The technicians time. Since we are a boutique salon we are constantly fully committed, therefore, if a client does not show up to his/her appointment it creates a gap on the Technicians schedule which is really hard to fill in last minute.
Most people that decide to not give a deposit is because they are not 100% sure they will make it to the appointment. It is a simple process to weed out clients that will become a No show.

I can say this was an AMAZING experience. The people here are so nice, always willing to help and with a smile on their face. Ari was fabulous, I asked for normal manicure and pedicure, she did an incredible job, left my nail all clean and beautiful. Everything was super clean and I could see they used very good products. I forgot to ask the name of the girl in the front desk, she had short hair and she was SO nice. I would give this place it a 11/10. More than recommended to go there! I’ll be coming back for sure.
